FAQs
How long will it take before my order is fulfilled?
Once you've placed an order on our site, your order is sent to our warehouse for processing. It can take up to 3 business days for our team to pack and ship your order (but it'll likely be shipped out sooner)!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As soon as our team has packed up your order and handed it off to the shipping carrier, you'll receive an email that says "Your order is on its way!". Once you've received this email, your package is officially in the hands of the carrier (think: FedEx, UPS, or USPS), and it should take about 5-7 business days to arrive.
