My tracking information shows no progress.

Here are a couple of important facts to keep in mind:


1. If you've received an email from BioLite stating "Your order is on its way!", that means our team at the warehouse has handed your order over to the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc). You can think of this email as confirmation that your packages have officially been shipped, and they're no longer in our possession.

2. It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has left our warehouse.

3. Shipping Carriers do not guarantee any tracking updates EXCEPT FOR the delivery scan. This means that once your package has left our warehouse, your tracking link may display 'Label Created' all the way up until it's delivered. We know this is frustrating. Here's the truth: if you've received an email stating 'Your order is on its way!', we've shipped your package and handed it over to carrier.

4. Last but not least: we promise that you'll receive the items you've paid for. If your package is lost in transit, stolen by a reindeer, or delivered to the wrong address, we'll do our very best to ship you another as quickly as possible.
