Some orders can ship to a PO Box, but there are a few limitations—especially for oversized items and products that contain batteries.
Certain products, such as our Yeti and Basecharge Power Stations, are too large or fall under shipping restrictions and can’t be delivered to a standard PO Box. This restriction can also apply to other large or battery-powered items. In these cases, carriers require a physical street address instead.
If you place an order with a PO Box and we’re unable to ship it there, we’ll reach out once your order begins processing to request a physical address so we can keep things moving without delays.
To avoid any hiccups, we recommend using a physical address at checkout, especially for larger items or battery-powered products.
