Do you ship lithium power stations to Alaska and Hawaii?

At this time, we’re unable to ship lithium products over 100Wh (including most portable power stations) directly to Alaska or Hawaii.

Why can’t these products be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii?

Lithium batteries over 100Wh are subject to strict federal transportation regulations, especially when air transport is involved. Because Alaska and Hawaii shipments typically require air transport, carriers apply additional restrictions that significantly limit how — or whether — these products can be shipped.
Even when documentation is prepared correctly, shipments may be delayed, rejected, or returned due to carrier policies and hazardous materials rules. To avoid long delays and uncertainty for customers, we do not offer direct shipping for these products at this time.

Does this apply to all products?

No. This restriction applies specifically to larger lithium battery products over 100Wh. Smaller items and non-lithium products may still be eligible for shipment depending on the product and carrier.

Can I purchase these products locally in Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. Our authorized retailers in Alaska and Hawaii receive inventory via containerized or palletized freight, which follows different shipping rules than individual consumer shipments. Purchasing through a local retailer is often the best way to access larger lithium products in these locations.

How does warranty support work if I buy from a local retailer?

For products purchased through an authorized retailer, that retailer is responsible for processing warranty claims, in accordance with our standard retailer agreements. This allows for local support without the need for individual lithium shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
